Dissolve the contents of one packet in 150-200ml of non-carbonated water and take it together with the tablet and the capsule with or after a meal.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
